Switched On Ra sees drone synth group Bitchin Bajas taking on the music of jazz great Sun Ra. The band took inspiration from Moog trailblazer Wendy Carlos and her Switched On Bach LP. It had to be transposed into keyboard and synth sounds only, a homage to Sun Ra, who was an electronic keyboard trailblazer too
